If you don't already know me, I'm Emily, a registered Acupuncturist here in Elmsdale, NS. I have been a part of the Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Nova Scotia since 2019. 

I am certified in TCM Acupuncture, fire cupping, facial rejuvenation acupuncture, gua sha, reiki, Thai poultice massage and Gua Sha Facial Fusion.

Not sure what to book?

Newbie: book an Initial Acupuncture appointment and we can discuss what you're looking for and determine what best fits your needs. This appointment allows ample time to go into depth about you, your health history, what you want to get from acupuncture as well as the first treatment. 

Returning: book the length of time that you'd like to relax for! We can do a combination of therapies within this time (within reason). Here are some examples:

30 minutes I recommend for a quick top-up or maintenance appointment with acupuncture as the main focus. 

45 minutes is enough time to include some quick fire cupping or gua sha on top of acupuncture. 

60 minutes is perfect for acupuncture with a longer cupping session.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture:

60 minutes- just the essentials. Cleansing, neck & shoulder acupressure massage, gua sha on neck, shoulders & jaw, full body & facial acupuncture.

90 minutes- the luxury version. More gua sha, more techniques & tools, and more time spent on you!

A facial with all the gua sha and fun stuff- no needles! Be mindful that this service cannot be billed through insurance.
